About the organization
Norwegian Data Center Industry (Norsk Datasenterindustri) is a neutral business association and the voice of the industry towards the market and public authorities.
We work hard to maintain stability in the regulatory landscape and facilitate ease of doing business for the industry. As we represent the complete ecosystem around the Norwegian datacenter industry ecosystem, our voice is heard by lawmakers and regulatory authorities.
We will be present at conferences and events at home and abroad emphasizing the benefits and advantages of Norway as a favorable location for data centers -- and of course promote our members of the association.

Influence:
Opportunity to sit at our Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is appointed by the Board of Directors and shall provide strategic advice and input to the Board of Directors for the longer-term work and activities. The Advisory Board meets twice a year.
Opportunity to join various working groups. Separate working groups will be established to delve deeper into priority topics such as access to electricity, sustainability and circular economy (e.g., heat recovery), education, scholarships and apprenticeships, R&D / innovation projects, conferences, events and more.
Access to information exclusive for the members, such as knowledge database, supplier overview, market / PR material and internal advertisements.
Visibility (brand promotion):
Visibility within the industry organization and externally by displaying the company logo on our website.
Sponsorship opportunities at conferences at home and abroad.
Exclusive annual conference for supplier members. Here, members from the industry get an exclusive opportunity to showcase products and services to the data center operators.
Who can become a member?
All companies with activity and affiliation to the datacenter industry can become members of the Norwegian Data Center Industry. Our current members include Norwegian and international data center operators, the MEP supplier industry, construction companies, HW / SW suppliers, communications operators, power companies, and companies in the consulting / consulting industry.
International players, large Norwegian companies, to startup companies can all become a member with us. Although no company are created equally, business challenges are often distributed across the board. We aim to ease the challenges.
